Event Policies & Venue Guidelines We’re excited to host your event and help bring your vision to life. Please review the following policies prior to booking. Booking Requirements • A four-hour minimum is required for all event bookings. • Maximum guest capacity is 100 people. Guest count must be confirmed in advance and may not exceed this limit at any time. • All setup and breakdown time must be included within your reserved hours unless pre-approved in writing. Additional time will incur hourly fees. • If you require access the day before your event for setup and/or the day after for breakdown, we’re happy to discuss a flat fee for those additional days. Once you contact us regarding your event, we will send a brief questionnaire to better understand your vision and ensure we can help make your event the best it can be. We also strongly encourage guests to schedule a site visit prior to booking to confirm the space aligns with your needs. Rentals & Add-Ons The tent, tables, and chairs shown in the photos are not included with the outdoor event space booking. We’re happy to connect you with our preferred rental vendor for tents, tables, chairs, and any additional rentals needed to help you achieve your dream event. The outdoor event booking does not include access to interior spaces. If you would like to include indoor space to accommodate your event, it may be added for an additional fee and must be arranged in advance. Vendor Policy Outside vendors are allowed. All vendors must be professional, licensed, and insured. Proof of licensing and insurance may be required upon request. Vendors may only access the property during your reserved rental time unless pre-approved in writing. Noise Policy To respect neighboring properties and local regulations, all amplified music must be lowered beginning at 10:00 PM. All events must comply with local noise ordinances. Excessive noise may result in immediate termination of the event without refund. Alcohol Policy Alcohol is permitted with prior approval. • A licensed and insured bartender is required for all events serving alcohol. • No self-serve bars are permitted. • No glass cups or glassware are permitted outdoors. • Alcohol may not be served to minors. • Over-service is prohibited. For events with over 50 guests where alcohol is being served, professional security is required. Host liquor liability coverage must be included in your event insurance policy if alcohol is served. Insurance Requirement Event liability insurance is required for all events. Guests must obtain a one-day event policy with a minimum of $1,000,000 in general liability coverage. Insurance coverage must include your full event window, including setup and breakdown time. A Certificate of Insurance naming the host as additional insured may be required prior to your event date. If alcohol will be served, host liquor liability coverage is required. We recommend Athos Insurance, which offers affordable and convenient event coverage specifically designed for private events and venues. Fire Safety Due to the desert environment: • No fireworks or open flames are permitted. • Candles must be fully enclosed. • Fire pit use must be approved in advance. • All décor must comply with local fire safety regulations. Guests are responsible for adhering to all local fire restrictions. Weather Considerations This is an outdoor venue. Guests are responsible for planning appropriately for weather conditions, including shade structures, heaters and tents. Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
