About the Space
Our versatile space is conveniently located in Central Harlem - right near all public transportation including subway, metro north, busses and LaGuardia airport. We host music events, video shoots, photo shoots, meetings, dance, etc. We are also a fully outfitted professional recording studio should you need that. We have tripods, a green screen and lighting. There is seating for 30+ people, and 4 tables of varying size. Our minimum charge is $400 with $100 cleaning fee for a total of $500. The base price includes the room, chairs, tables, lights and camera and video accessories. Music / recording gear, engineer, PA carries an extra charge. Send inquiry for details. Thank You All!

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
