About the Space
Just over 1000 Sq ft, this space is open and clean, perfect for photo and video productions. There are white brick walls, high ceilings, and cement floors. There is a pillar that divides the space nicely into two parts - one for shooting, and the other for production (hair and makeup, prep, wardrobe, lunch, etc). The studio is equipped with c stands, apple boxes, saw horses, seamless backdrops, pop up changing tent, surfaces, clothing steamer, clamps, and other small grip items that are yours to use respectfully during your time there. There is a couch, a desk/table with room for 6, and a chef counter to prepare props or set up craft services. The building is wheel chair accessible, with a ramp at entry and an elevator. Each floor in the building has a public bathroom.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
