Tropical Garden Villa with Pool in a Old World Hollywood Estate

The Villa is a 1925 Mediterranean-style home in Hollywood Hills that has been tastefully updated. It offers endless photo opportunities from the rich, lush vegetation of the multi-level garden to the Mediterranean-inspired pool to the modern meets the old world of the interior. The garden offers three levels. The top level houses the pool with a diving board and jacuzzi, four lounge chairs, and a sauna. The middle level offers garden beds, an outdoor fireplace, and a BBQ. The lower level is in the front yard and provides a patio with views of the hills. The house's first floor is available for photography and offers a modern, minimal kitchen with bolganvia-filled balconies and pop art, a 1920s-style sunken living room, a TV/library with a big white modern sofa, and an entryway with a Spanish-style staircase. All the ceilings are high with French doors. All spaces, outdoor furniture, and interior decorations pictured on Peerspace are included. There is a Spanish style outdoor bathroom with a shower and two restrooms inside available for indoor shoots. Our property is on a narrow street with tons of parking and an easy loading area. There is both a front and back entrance. Please stagger your team's arrival, and inform us during the booking process if you're planning a shoot that requires video EQ, larger props, or van loading. Additionally, we assist larger-size productions by offering to load the night before. When booking for a production with 12+ people, please consider booking at least 8 hours.
