About Dakota Studio
Conveniently located on Fifth Avenue between 13th and 14th Streets in Manhattan, only one block from Union Square, we are the perfect location for your next meeting or corporate event. Our larger West Studio features an open 25' x 55' floor plan (with no columns or obstructions) and 12' ceilings. A well stocked gourmet kitchen with double wall ovens is ideal for your catering needs. White floors and west facing windows create a clean, well lit and inviting environment. Full blackout curtains are also available for your audio visual presentations. Primarily serving the film industry since 1985, we also have a full line of rental lighting and grip, along with a 20' cyclorama, if your event involves photography or video. Our smaller East Studio with an additional kitchenette functions as a breakout room for separate meetings, or as a quiet area for individual work or discussions.

Detailed Covid 19 Safety Guidelines are provided prior to production which are based directly from the New York State of Health Media Production Guidelines. These protocols include our cleaning and sanitizing procedures as well as all safety measures to be followed by all cast and crew during all aspects of the production process.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
