First floor is the lounge area with modern luxury open kitchen, and a natural wood top dining area. It’s great for family gatherings. Lounge area is connected to our high ceiling art studio with a huge drop down window, lots of natural light, it’s great for art exhibitions or parties of any kind. Second floor is our warmth sunny room with custom made table and chairs for children. It’s great for birthday parties, arts and crafts activities or baby shower. Another room is great for any kind of activities, also great for pop up photography with photography lights and background.

Cleaning fee is not included in the hourly rate, guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
