About the Space
LOCATION & ACTIVITIES This newly renovated home on an unassuming block in Decatur (VERY convenient to I-20 and the airport) is the idea space for a photo shoot, video shoot, or bridal / baby shower. With WI-FI, 2 large conference tables and several 'breakout spaces' it could also work very well for retreats, work meetings or workshops. LAYOUT The main floor is open and airy with a fully functional kitchen, and auxiliary spaces include a sun-room with TV Monitor. BEDROOMS The home has several bedrooms that can be used as changing rooms or for staging a shoot, but we are not currently offering these rooms for parties, overnight use or lodging.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We currently do all cleaning ourselves to make sure that everything is spotless. Most high-touch surfaces are metal and we do use anti-bacterial sprays in the kitchen and bathrooms, as well as sanitizing all dishware in the dishwasher. However, all use of the space assumes that guests will be responsible for following their own protocols during their visit.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
