Health and Safety Measures
🧼 Cleaning & Sanitization
We take cleanliness seriously to ensure every guest has a safe and enjoyable experience.
All outdoor areas, high-touch surfaces, and shared amenities are cleaned and disinfected between each booking. This includes seating areas, restrooms in the casita, and commonly used surfaces.
Any equipment provided (including fitness or recreational equipment) is sanitized after each use.
We ask that guests leave the space in good condition, with all trash bagged and placed in designated bins. Additional cleaning services are available upon request.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
