* Guests must collect and remove all garbage, return furniture to their original position, fold tables and chairs. * Streamers, confetti, sparkles should be avoided. If used, they must all be fully cleaned or an additional cleaning fee of $100 will apply. * No underage drinking. * No smoking inside (subject to $400 deodorizing charge). * Present a valid alcohol-selling license if applicable. * Guests must leave on time; additional hours will be charged with no exceptions. * Late vendor pickup: $50 minimum charge. Must be arranged in advance. * Keep the event inside the venue; do not loiter outside the venue, no alcohol outside the venue. No smoking within 20 feet of the venue. * Security cameras are located throughout the venue and are not to be blocked or tampered with.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
