About the Space
The property is a fully functioning horse ranch with a stunning custom built home nestled in the front of the property! Multiple horses dwell on the ranch in the stables in the back of the property - there is an open corral space the owners use the exercise and train the horses. This space is perfect for photoshoots and filming with a western feel. The outdoor stables & pens offer a unique setting for a true western/cowboy style feel. The owners have been involved with show horses for decades & have tons of western outfits necessary for any true western photoshoot. Wester style dress and outfits can be provided, inquire further for details. Horses can also be arranged for photoshoots -- inquire further for details. Owner and ranch manager will supervise any and all activities involving horses and live animals.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
