A one-of-a-kind 5+ acre rustic ranch and production location in the De Luz hills of Temecula, offering multiple distinct indoor and outdoor looks within a single property. Ideal for film and television productions, commercials, music videos, interviews, editorial and fashion shoots, branding content, product photography, boudoir, engagement and lifestyle photography.
Originally designed and built by Temecula artist-builder Robert Morris, whose distinctive work helped shape the character of Old Town Temecula, the property is filled with handcrafted architectural details, vintage textures and unique backdrops that are difficult to recreate on a traditional set.
**Production settings include:**
• Rustic Western and vintage interiors with original architectural character
• A small historic-style chapel with dramatic wood details
• Gallery and Cowboy Room interiors, each offering a completely different look
• 5+ wooded acres beneath mature oak trees
• Trails, pathways, boulders, bridges and natural landscapes
• Outdoor dining hall and covered gathering areas
• Rustic porches, decks, rockwork and architectural details
• Open sunny areas as well as shaded and filtered-light settings beneath the oaks
• Multiple indoor and outdoor shooting locations within one booking
The variety of settings makes the ranch especially useful for productions needing several different looks without relocating the crew.
There is ample free on-site parking, convenient equipment unloading near many shooting areas, Wi-Fi, standard 120V electrical outlets throughout the ranch and 240V power available in the outdoor dining hall area.
The property is in a quiet rural setting with very little traffic noise and no close neighbors, yet is approximately 10 minutes from Old Town Temecula and convenient to freeway access, restaurants, hotels and other services.
Furniture and some décor may be moved with prior approval, and we are happy to discuss specific production needs, equipment, vehicles, set dressing and location requirements in advance.
