A street level entrance leads to a renovated loft with restored ceiling tin tiles, white floating walls, oak hardwood flooring, partially exposed bricks and industrial grade HVAC system. Oversized ground-level double doors provide effortless access for your guests and seamless load-in for your team and vendors. Unlike many other venues, we offer premium amenities without any charge or hidden fees. Furnishings include a Saarinen table, chairs by Arne Jacobsen, a leather sofa by Ted Boerner, benches by Giulio Lazzotti, stools by Philippe Starck, folding chairs and tables, round cocktail tables, a reception desk, pedestals, coat racks with hangers. A kitchen is equipped with a large fridge, a microwave oven, a convection oven and an electric countertop double burner. Among A/V equipment are Bose L1 sound system, Bang & Olufsen A6 and Level speakers, Epson 1080 projector, XGIMI 4100 lumens projector, laser/LED lights and more. Architectural lighting allow to illuminate the space in any color of your choice. Three movable walls offer a unique opportunity to reconfigure the space and customize it for your project. It is available at a competitive rate of $450/hr during week and $500/hr during weekends, holidays and NYFW. Event time includes deliveries, setup, breakdown, cleaning and the removal of all event materials. All amenities are free, providing a straightforward and transparent pricing structure. For events requiring multiple days, we offer a daily rate of $4,500 or $5,000 for up to 10 hours of venue access. There are no overnight fees. Moreover, all rentals include a complimentary walkthrough of up to 1 hour, free event planning consultation, free A/V & lighting consultation and early vendor access when available. Smoking inside the venue, excessively loud music (over 90 dB) and loitering are not permitted. Outside catering is allowed. All events must conclude by 11:00 PM.
