Loading Ramp for Large Productions: For larger projects, you can use the direct underground parking access, complete with ramps for smooth transport of heavy equipment. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
General Cleaning: - The studio is cleaned and sanitized before each rental, including the floors, surfaces, and high-touch areas. - Trash and recycling bins are emptied and replaced with fresh liners. - Infinity Wall Maintenance: - The infinity wall is cleaned and inspected after each use to ensure it is in top condition. - Minor scuffs and marks will be addressed promptly. - Fresh Coat of Paint: - If a fresh coat of paint is required on the infinity wall, we kindly ask our guests to notify us at least 48 hours in advance. This allows our crew sufficient time to paint and let the wall dry properly before your booking. - Any rented equipment or studio props will be cleaned and inspected after use to ensure they are ready for the next guest. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
