Whether you’re working on a solo project, hosting a team brainstorming session, or shooting your next creative endeavor, our space is the perfect backdrop. It offers a flexible layout that can be customized to fit your needs, from photo shoots and video production to workshops, meetings, or events. With modern amenities, high-speed internet, and a welcoming atmosphere, you’ll have everything you need to bring your vision to life, no matter the project. Monday through Sunday please send an inquiry for earlier times as they are not available for instant book. We recommend booking a minimum of two hours to ensure you have ample time to arrive on schedule and work at your own pace. Overtime will be billed at a rate of $90 for an additional hour or $45 for an extra half-hour. Please note, setup and breakdown time is included in the booked timeframe.

Thorough Cleaning: After each booking, our team conducts a comprehensive cleaning, including sanitizing high-touch surfaces like doorknobs, light switches, and shared equipment. 2. Sanitization: We use high-grade, eco-friendly disinfectants to sanitize all areas, ensuring the space is free of germs and safe for your use. 3. Fresh Linens and Supplies: All linens (if applicable) and furniture are freshly laundered between bookings. We also provide fresh supplies, such as paper towels, toilet paper, and hand sanitizers. 4. HVAC Maintenance: Air filters are replaced regularly, and our HVAC systems are cleaned to ensure good air quality throughout the space. 5. Ongoing Monitoring: Throughout the day, our team checks in on the space to ensure cleanliness standards are maintained, and everything is in working order. 6. Guest Responsibilities: While we handle the deep cleaning, we ask that you leave the space tidy at the end of your rental, including cleaning up any personal items or trash. We provide cleaning supplies for your convenience. By following these steps, we ensure that every guest enjoys a safe, comfortable, and clean environment to create, collaborate, or relax. Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
