Health and Safety Measures

At Sherri's Executive Lounge, the health and safety of our guests is our top priority. To ensure a clean and hygienic environment, we follow a thorough cleaning and sanitization process between each booking: - All high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, light switches, countertops, tables, chairs, and bathroom fixtures are carefully wiped down with EPA-approved disinfectants proven effective against viruses and bacteria. - The lounge is vacuumed and floors are mopped with disinfecting cleaning solutions. Upholstered furniture is vacuumed and sanitized. Bathrooms receive special attention - toilets, sinks, and floors are scrubbed and sanitized. Toiletries are restocked and fresh hand towels are provided. - The kitchenette and coffee bar area, including the refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishes and utensils are thoroughly washed and sanitized.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
