About the Space
The studio space is an old schoolhouse which has large beautiful open light windows, white walls and wood flooring. It’s perfect for any kind of photoshoots or event space. The studio has a storage closet as well as a changing room. There is a waiting room in the lobby with clean bathrooms. There are several props and a client closet that is available to use for photoshoots. Also a fridge and coffee maker.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Space is deep cleaned each time between guests. There is cleaning supplies available for guests to use in case of spills, etc. Guests are required to leave space as they found it and clean if they make any messes, then it needs to be swept up or cleaned. Guests are responsible for removing their own trash. Trash bins are located outside behind the building.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
