Production Use Designed for creative production, this bright top-floor SoHo loft offers a flexible setting for photo shoots, film projects, product shoots, interviews, content creation, wardrobe, talent holding, and production basecamp use. Three spacious workrooms allow teams to separate shooting, styling, staging, hair and makeup, client holding, wardrobe, and crew support. High ceilings, polished wood floors, neutral walls, and expansive east-facing windows create a clean, naturally lit backdrop, while blackout blinds and curtains offer lighting control when needed. Furniture may be rearranged with prior approval and must be returned to its original placement before the end of the booking. The loft also includes kitchen access, a stylish lounge area, clothing racks and hangers, and a designated on-site host who will greet guests, review the space, and remain available throughout the booking to help ensure a smooth production day from arrival through wrap.
