    About the Space

The property featuring 5 bedroom, 7 bath, built-in BBQ, sunken fire pit, basketball court, swimming pool, and pergola. An architectural masterpiece that's arguably one of the most unique properties in all of Los Angeles. Perfect for filming projects. The centerpiece of this incredible property is a 60 ton floating and spiraling staircase that rises from the 2,000 sq.ft. basement to the second floor. As you enter the property, you'll be greeted by a beautiful 30 foot plus glass entry that flows through to another 30 foot plus rear glass facade which leads to the backyard. The natural light that floods the space creates an atmosphere that's both elegant and inviting. The aforementioned basement features a bar, wine cellar, lounge, pool table, air hocky table, and wellness center with dry sauna. It's the perfect place to unwind and relax after a long day, or to entertain guests in style. In short, this property is a must-see for anyone looking to book a special location for film production
