About the Space

Located in the heart of the city, our all-inclusive event space is easily accessible and fully customizable to meet your event needs. Whether you’re planning an intimate or larger event from social gatherings, wedding receptions, or corporate meetings, we have what you need. At 1500 square feet, 7cepter can hold up to 40 seated comfortably, or up to 60 standing and can accommodate any variation needed. You’ll have access to the following amenities (at no additional cost): 2 50-inch televisions 2 Bluetooth speakers Karaoke application Microphone High-speed Wifi Light control console (up to 20 colors and hues) Multiple tables (10 4-foot tables that can seat up to 4 people each & 4 round standing tables, tablecloths included) Multiple Chairs (35 folding chairs & 4 barstools, chair covers included) Bench lounge area Kitchenette area, includes bar area and fridge Our experienced event planners work with you leading up to your event and on your event day, to ensure you have the perfect event. We take pride in our community, which is why we partner with local vendors to meet any catering, décor, floral, entertainment, and photograph needs, to ensure our events have a positive impact on the community. Understanding the importance of sustainability, we use eco-friendly cleaning products and recycle all our waste.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

We expect all guests to clean up after themselves and remove any items that were brought into the space. There will be a cleaning fee of $75 after all events.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
