About the Space
Our location would be perfect for a small intimate wedding, corporate retreat, photo shoot, film production, or UGC. We are on a private bend of the Brazos river and the outdoor activities include fishing, hiking, rafting, and star-gazing. We also have a shooting range and a barnyard setting with four mini donkeys and a mini Shetland pony. The property is 800 feet above the Brazos River Valley, offering panoramic views with incredible sunsets. Our location offers us relatively dark skies, compared to the surrounding area, offering a higher concentration of stars, visible by the naked eye. You can even spot satellites on moonless nights.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
