Farmhouse Pavilion with Private Patio and Fenced-in Event Space

Located in Johnston County three miles from Interstate-40, The Pavilion at The Finch-Lee House is a 1,036 square foot multipurpose building adjacent to a farmhouse built in 1866. When renovations began in early 2024, the vision was for this space to host whatever kind of event a person might desire, and thus far, it has. With a building that can seat ~50 people, banquet style, a covered patio that can seat an additional 15-20, and a privacy fence surrounding a newly sodded yard, the space has hosted both kid and adult birthday parties, baby showers, a family reunion, a fundraising event, and even a college application workshop for parents. The Pavilion includes a kitchenette, a unisex bathroom, and all the parking you could ever need.
