This versatile 300 sq. ft. room is located inside our vintage furniture shop and is perfect for small gatherings, workshops, dance classes, or meetings like book clubs. The space comfortably accommodates up to three long tables and is easily customizable to fit your event’s needs. The room features: Moveable counters for flexible configurations Two benches (can be left in or removed upon request) Privacy doors that separate the room from the retail area during shop hours Access: Guests enter through the main retail shop entrance. During shop hours, feel free to browse the store before or after your event—it's a charming space full of unique, upcycled pieces. Included with your booking: Three 6-ft tables Up to 30 folding chairs Private bathroom (note: the host may briefly enter the room to access the bathroom or the upstairs area) Access to a kitchenette with a sink, counter space, and full-size refrigerator Additional Info: Please include setup and cleanup time in your booking. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
