17 Toronto Street, constructed in 1852, has been a cornerstone for the Downtown Toronto community for generations. It provided the first street lighting to the City of Toronto for 125 years as The Consumers' Gas Company Building. The building was designated as a heritage property by the City of Toronto in 1977 after Consumers' Gas moved out that same year. It later became the home of the famous Rosewater Supper Club in 2000 and, in 2018, the former home of the Michelin-starred restaurant Don Alfonso 1890, making it a beacon for the community. Now, as the home to Chambers Steakhouse and Supper Club, we are rekindling the Supper Club experience. At Chambers, we offer a versatile space ideal for a wide range of events, each tailored to meet your unique needs. Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
