Refocused Space is a two story venue a mezzanine section and newly renovated marble floors. We host a variety of events including weddings, artist showcase, film screenings, award ceremonies, private parties, photo shoots, and vendor marketplaces. All rentals include tables, chairs, up lighting, and projector access. Our space also features two bathrooms and a kitchenette. **Please note** If you desire to have an event past our posted closed time, the rate changes to $500 per hour and there is still a 5 hour minimum. The cleanup fee rate is $100 for events past midnight. Events must end no later than 12:00. Your party must cleanup, breakdown, and be out the space by 1:00.
