About the Space
Manor Mill is a pre-revolutionary grist mill with 3 floors of fine art, a timber-frame barn that operates as a performance space that seats 75 people, a separate barn for woodworking and welding activities, a faerie trail around the property and a small lawn by the river. The space is used for a huge array of activities: for small classes of a few people, photo shoots, large celebrations, and retreats. Rentals can be for a single space or can combine multiple spaces. Individual spaces available for rent include a classroom, 2 separate art gallery spaces and our loft.

The space is professionally cleaned on a regular schedule. Groups larger than 30 people require a cleaning fee as part of contract.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
