The suite includes a private bathroom for added comfort and privacy, perfect for wardrobe changes or taking a breather during longer sessions. You’ll also enjoy free on-site parking, and with ground-floor access, loading in gear is simple and stress-free. Bright, welcoming, and versatile, this studio is ready to bring your vision to life. Just step in, set up, and start creating.

Health and Safety Measures

We take cleanliness seriously and strive to maintain a safe, hygienic environment for everyone. Before and after each booking, we thoroughly sanitize high-touch surfaces like doorknobs, countertops, and any shared equipment. Our private bathroom is also cleaned and stocked between sessions . We follow all recommended guidelines to ensure you can focus on your creative vision without any worries about health or safety.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
