The venue offers 3,200 square feet of lovingly-restored brick architecture in a remarkable 111-year-old building perched at the crossroads of Vancouver’s origins in historic Gastown. There is nothing cookie-cutter about the soaring over-height post and beam construction that translates as antique industrial chic to heritage warmth with equal ease. we host any kind of event such as weddings, parties, anniversaries, birthdays, corporate event, etc. Finding a heritage style venue in Vancouver is not easy, and Alexander is a unique one.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
