About the Space

Located in Brentwood (Bay Area), our multi-purpose space is welcoming and can accommodate 30-50 people depending on setup. Our space is ideal for classes, workshops, team meetings, brainstorming sessions and presentations. Tables are modular and can be configured to suite your event. Can also be configured for kids birthday parties, gaming parties, scout meetings, or sports teams banquets. Booking includes exclusive use of the venue. We have a small retail area in the front but store will be closed for the duration of your event. Lobby and bathroom are shared by other building tenants. Equipment: - High-speed Wifi - Two wall mounted TV, connect via Airplay or HDMI - AC/heating - Whiteboard - Bluetooth speakers - Plenty of outlets - Extra tables and chairs available (add-on fee applies) - MacBook computers and iPads available (add-on fee applies) - Shared bathroom - Shared lobby/waiting area Hosts are allowed to bring in their own food/ drink. Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash left in the space. No alcohol. We look forward to having your events here!

Health and Safety Measures

Space is cleaned before each booking. We provide complimentary hand sanitizer and basic paper products. Guests are asked to tidy up heavy debris and place disposable trash into the provided bins at the conclusion of their reservation. All furniture should be left in the same condition as when you arrived. We handle all standard cleaning, sanitization and resetting!

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
