About the Space

Located in Brentwood (Bay Area), our multi-purpose space is welcoming and offers table seating up to 15. Our space is ideal for classes, workshops, team meetings, brainstorming sessions and presentations. Tables are modular and can be configured to suite your event. Can also be configured for kids birthday parties, gaming parties, scout meetings, or sports teams banquets. Booking includes exclusive use of the venue. We have a small retail area in the front but store will be closed for the duration of your event. Equipment: - High-speed Wifi - Ceiling mounted projector, connect via LAN or HDMI - Two all mounted TV, connect via Airplay or HDMI - AC/heating - Whiteboard - Bluetooth speakers - Private bathroom - Plenty of outlets - MacBook computers and iPads available (additional fee applies) Hosts are allowed to bring in their own food/ drink. Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash left in the space. No alcohol. We look forward to having your events here!

Health and Safety Measures

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
