Whether you’re an artist looking to record your next single or a creative seeking the ideal backdrop for a photoshoot, our space has everything you need. Versatile Space: Ideal for fashion photography, product shoots, headshots, and more. Location Prime Downtown LA location with easy access to public transportation, parking garages, and local eateries. Close to popular landmarks and art-inspired neighborhoods, providing plenty of nearby outdoor shoot opportunities or post-session hangouts. Rules / Notes No smoking inside the studio; a designated outdoor area can be provided. Respect session times—please arrive on time and wrap up promptly. Outside food is allowed. Please clean up after yourself. Damages to equipment or space will result in additional charges. Additional Services On-site engineer or photographer available upon request (additional fee). Equipment rental (cameras, lenses, special lighting, etc.) can be arranged—please inquire.

Health and Safety Measures

After each session, we thoroughly sanitize all high-touch surfaces (door handles, equipment knobs, and seating areas) and clean the restrooms. Our gear is carefully disinfected, floors are vacuumed or mopped, and trash is removed. This process ensures a fresh, welcoming environment for every guest.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
