About the Space
Our rehearsal space is 350 sqft square with tons of natural light and is located in a secure building in Ravenswood. Perfect for rehearsing plays, dance rehearsals, recording self tapes, holding auditions, an acting class, etc. Room is approximately 18x18. Room Inventory - Six black rehearsal cubes, three 6' folding tables, seven metal folding chairs, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, ceiling fan, and HEPA air purifier. The restroom is located across the hall.

We deep clean once a week. We keep paper towels, sanitizing wipes, hand sanitizer and sanitizing spray in the space for guests to use.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
