Health and Safety Measures

1. General Overview - Our cleaning process typically takes several hours to ensure every detail is addressed. 2. Initial Preparation - Ventilation: Open windows to air out the space, if possible, to ensure good airflow and remove any lingering odors. - Surface Wipe-Down: Wipe down all high-touch surfaces (light switches, door handles, railings, etc.) with disinfectant. 3. Bathrooms - Toilets and Sinks: Scrub and disinfect thoroughly, making sure to clean faucets, mirrors, and countertops. - Showers/Tubs: Clean and sanitize all shower surfaces and tubs. - Floors: Sweep and mop the floors to ensure there is no dirt or grime left behind. - Towels & Supplies: Ensure fresh towels are available, and restock any toiletries like soap or toilet paper. 4. Living/Working Areas - Furniture: Wipe down and disinfect furniture, including tables, chairs, and couches. Fluff pillows and adjust furniture to a tidy arrangement. - Floors: Vacuum and/or mop all floors. Focus on high-traffic areas. - Trash: Empty all trash bins and replace liners. 5. Kitchen - Countertops and Appliances: Wipe down all countertops, stoves, microwaves, refrigerators, and any other appliances. - Dishware and Utensils: Make sure dishes are cleaned, dried, and stored. Restock any paper towels

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
