No liquor sales Professionalism Required – If at any time the event or guests become unsafe, inappropriate, or out of hand, the event will be stopped immediately with no refund. Age Requirement – The primary booker must be 25+, and all guests must be 21+. Bookings cannot be made on behalf of others without the booker present. Respectful Use – This is a safe, inclusive, sex-positive environment. All guests are expected to respect the space and community guidelines. Limited noise before 5pm on weekdays due to the neighboring businesses. After 5pm we can be as loud as want ✦ We’re here for the vibes, not the chaos. Any guest who appears intoxicated or disruptive will be asked to leave. The host reserves the right to end service or the event if necessary. Privacy is a priority — only one to two staff members will be present to facilitate, and no one else will have access during your booking. All bottles, cans, and disposables must be cleaned up by the end of your booking time. The studio has daily bookings—no next-day cleanups. (Miss this, and you’ll meet our $150 cleaning fee.)
