About Who Goes There

Welcome to the Valley’s newest art space and social club! A bright, flexible venue designed to make hosting feel effortless, whether you’re planning a photo or video shoot, a private event, or a creative gathering. You enter through double Dutch doors into the main room, where two large front windows bring in beautiful natural light. Blackout options are available when you want to control the mood. The space features an exposed wood ceiling, a 7’ x 10’ round stage, and a vintage bar that anchors the room and invites people to linger. The layout is intentionally open and adaptable. We have 20 chairs and several tables tables available that can be arranged, cleared, or reimagined depending on what you’re creating. In the back, the Tropical Room offers a playful, private space that works as a dressing room, green room or anything else your guests need in the moment. Furniture and styling shift regularly, with pieces rotating in and out as part of a curated collection, so the space is always evolving and never quite the same twice. Amenities include an ADA-accessible bathroom, a vintage TV with Roku, a projector, a PA system with microphones, bluetooth speaker, LED panel lighting, a vintage spotlight and central air for year-round comfort.

Health and Safety Measures

The space is cleaned before and after each booking, with surfaces wiped down and the space reset between uses.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
