About the Space

Located in San Diego, our lounge offers the ideal space for gatherings, parties, holiday parties, celebrations, brand activations, launch events, team events, and more. Versatile enough to host groups up to 30 people. INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING: - Indoor seating for up to 18 guests (8 bar stools, 4 conversational chairs, sofa with seating for 6) - Outdoor seating for up to 12 guests (8 bar stools & outdoor sofa set) - Kitchenette equipped with mini refrigerator, microwave/oven, and sink - Indoor TV - Wi-Fi *The fenced-in patio directly outside of the event space is included in the reservation. Access to the pool/spa or any other areas outside of the fence is STRICTLY prohibited. Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
