About the Space
We are a warehouse space with a large event room/production room that comes with a stage that can fit up to a 10 piece band and about 100 people in the audience. We also have a lounge connected to the stage area for others to relax and hang out with a hi-fi stereo system. We’ve hosted comedy shows, album release parties, variety shows, dance choreography, and get about 30% of the Red Rocks season come through before they perform at Red Rocks. We take pride in having a clean and tidy space. If the event is large enough we will have professional cleaners come into the space. Smaller events we just have our in house staff go over and clean.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
