With a sloped ceiling that starts at an impressive 11.5 feet and vaults to 13.5 feet, the space feels expansive and open, ready to accommodate your grandest ideas. Walls and Lighting: 2.5 sides (East and West) are draped in black curtains, providing a dramatic backdrop that can melt away in the shadows. The third (North) sports a large garage door styled with acoustic foam that can also be fully opened to the great outdoors. Illuminate your vision with an abundance of lighting options, including the versatile 150C and 300C Amarans. Whether you're setting the scene for a performance, a photoshoot, or a video production, the lighting is ready to adapt to your needs. Essential Amenities: Please note that while we offer heat, power, and lighting, there is no running water or sewer access within the space. However, we have a portable toilet conveniently located outside, along with a mobile handwashing station to ensure your comfort and convenience during your visit. Creative Comforts Production and Leisure Areas: Nestled in tthe SW corner is a large L-shaped desk with gaming chair and leather couch, perfect for planning and producing your next masterpiece. The vibe is fun and vintage toy maximalism with a black overlay. Need a break? Head up to the cozy loft, where a vintage gaming system awaits to trigger your nostalgia. Relax on the couch or oversized bean bags, recharge your creativity, and refuel with a cup of coffee or beverage from the bar fridge. Heat things up with a small microwave. Equipped for Excellence Tools and Technology: With an expansive gear shelf and plenty of power outlets, this space is a tech-friendly haven. Unfurl the 90 inch projector screen with hi-definition projector and blue-ray player for a private cinema. Whether you're a photographer, filmmaker, or musician, our space can accommodate your gear or provide you with our own high-end equipment and services as an add-on. The host runs a full touring band (co-producing the majority of songs on his latest album) and is a videographer and DJ.
