Our main event space is the 2nd floor Ballroom--1600sf with 18 color-changing chandeliers, disco ball, simple sound system, and Mason & Hamlin AA grand piano. This opens to the Parlor and then the Art Gallery for additional space. We have a variety of chairs & tables available for use: 100 white folding chairs 80 blue & gold stacking chairs 60 green & chrome stacking chairs on rolling carts Assorted couches and office chairs 6 folding 6’ tables 6 8’ tables 6 folding 5' round tables 4 high-top tables

We'll dust mop after every event and mop once a week.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
