🧼 Pre-Event Cleaning ✔ General Inspection – Walk through the venue, ensuring all furniture, décor, and props are in place. ✔ Indoor Cleaning – Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize high-touch areas (doorknobs, light switches, countertops). ✔ Outdoor Cleaning – Sweep walkways, patios, and decks; tidy up gardens; ensure outdoor furniture is clean. ✔ Restrooms – Fully sanitize, replenish supplies (soap, toilet paper, hand towels). ✔ Equestrian & Animal Areas – Clean stalls and paddocks, refresh water and feeding areas. 📸 During the Event ✔ Monitor waste disposal (trash bins, recycling). ✔ Keep high-traffic areas clean and restrooms stocked. ✔ Encourage guests to handle furniture, props, and equipment carefully to prevent messes. 🛑 Post-Event Cleaning ✔ Restore furniture & décor to original setup. ✔ Vacuum, mop, and wipe down all surfaces. ✔ Outdoor Cleanup – Remove any litter, sweep walkways, and check pool area. ✔ Animal Areas – Clean stalls, paddocks, and remove any waste. ✔ Final Inspection – Ensure all areas are pristine and photo-ready for the next booking. 💡 Additional Maintenance ✔ Deep Clean Weekly – Upholstery, rugs, and high-traffic areas. ✔ Sanitize Frequently – Disinfect all high-touch surfaces. ✔ Trash Removal – Ensure proper disposal after every session. By following these simple yet effective cleaning procedures, the venue remains immaculate, welcoming, and production-ready for every guest.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
