✔ Restrooms – Fully sanitize, replenish supplies (soap, toilet paper, hand towels).
✔ Equestrian & Animal Areas – Clean stalls and paddocks, refresh water and feeding areas.
📸 During the Event
✔ Monitor waste disposal (trash bins, recycling).
✔ Keep high-traffic areas clean and restrooms stocked.
✔ Encourage guests to handle furniture, props, and equipment carefully to prevent messes.
🛑 Post-Event Cleaning
✔ Restore furniture & décor to original setup.
✔ Vacuum, mop, and wipe down all surfaces.
✔ Outdoor Cleanup – Remove any litter, sweep walkways, and check pool area.
✔ Animal Areas – Clean stalls, paddocks, and remove any waste.
✔ Final Inspection – Ensure all areas are pristine and photo-ready for the next booking.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
