1. Guest Cleaning Responsibilities • Guests must remove all personal belongings, trash, and decorations before the end of their booking. • All furniture and equipment must be returned to its original location. • Any spills or messes should be cleaned immediately to prevent damage. • Trash must be placed in designated bins (provide details on bin location). 2. Cleaning Fee (If Applicable) • A cleaning fee may apply if guests do not leave the space as they found it. • Extra charges apply for excessive mess, stains, or damage beyond normal use. • If professional cleaning is required, the cost will be deducted from the security deposit (if applicable). 3. Bathroom • accessible bathroom is provided, guests must leave it in the condition they found it. • Food and drinks are allowed, all dishes and surfaces must be cleaned before departure. 4. Firepit & Outdoor Areas • If using the firepit, guests must ensure it is properly turned off before leaving. • No food, drinks, or trash should be left around seating areas. 5. Overtime & Post-Event Cleanup • All cleanup must be completed within the booking time. If extra time is needed, guests must book additional hours. • Any unapproved overtime will result in additional fees. 6. Damage Policy • Guests are responsible for any damages to furniture, decorations, or landscaping. • If damages occur, guests must report them immediately to the host.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
