Our event space offers a sleek, open-concept design with a perfect blend of sophistication and versatility. Featuring modern furniture and ample seating, the venue serves as a blank canvas, allowing you to customize it to fit any event style. The black walls and custom wood accent walls create a contemporary aesthetic, complemented by mod ambiance lighting for the perfect atmosphere. Equipped with two 75-inch televisions, a large conference desk/dining table. The space is ideal for both professional and social gatherings. A dedicated kids' area includes a small jungle gym, television, and arts & crafts table, making the venue family-friendly. For added convenience, guests have access to a break room with a fridge, sink, and dishwasher. Restrooms are located just outside the office, next to the courtyard. Additionally, a podcast studio is available within the shared space and can be booked separately for an additional charge. Whether you're hosting a corporate meeting, social gathering, or creative production, our modern and adaptable venue provides the perfect setting for any occasion.

High-touch surfaces and shared amenities are thoroughly disinfected, while soft, porous materials are either properly cleaned or removed. A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings, and events are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning procedures. Your health and safety are our top priorities, ensuring a pristine and hygienic environment for every guest.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
