About the Space
Photoshoots, private meetings, presentations, post-mortem film crew meetings, private dining, small gatherings, art installations & mixers all work well here! We have an open concept main room that has a lounge area, a satin curtain wrap around backdrop, optional track lighting, daylight filled bay window, and a private bathroom. Full catering, hospitality, & service staff are also available upon request. Access to a mini fridge & Watercooler is provided.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
