This space is the perfect retreat for songwriting and recording, ADR and editing, or renting as a set (especially for podcasting or streaming). Equipped with Logic Pro and the full Adobe Suite, along with streaming software (if necessary). We can provide an onsite engineer ($30/hr) and a supervisor will always be nearby/reachable by phone. Really good sound insulation; no windows = no traffic sounds! Provided: KRK Rokit speakers, two computer monitors, Mac Mini loaded with Logic Pro X, CyberPower Gaming PC with Adobe Suite, Final Draft, Steam, Streamlabs... Honestly, a lot of software. Nintendo Switch dock, Elgato Capture Card, webcam. Plenty of lighting options (ring light, overheads, lamps, etc.). Tripods, Snowball microphones, TASCAM unit to record audio; RODE Wireless Go II mics can be set up and used for a flat fee of $50. Backdrop and lighting available, with a green or gray backdrop - just let us know, and we'll have it accessible! Scarlett Focusrite interface; Neumann Microphone (TLM 102) with Kaotica Eyeball; variety of other microphones, especially to record the Orange Amp; full size 88-key keyboard (MIDI); upright piano (66 keys, charmingly out of tune on purpose); AKAI mini; bongos; djimbe; didgeridoo; Neural DSP Tim Henson and Cory Wong amp suites; CLA vocal compressors; Valhalla vintage reverb plugin. We also have quite the collection of guitar pedals; just let me know which ones you're interested in, so I can get the necessary cables prepared ahead of time! Other instruments available for rent: Squier bass; Epiphone guitars; Ibanez guitars. (Allen's Synyster Gates customs are off-limits; but, you can take pictures of them.) There's AC/heat in the space, along with a mini fridge that's stocked. The restroom is across the hall!
