This apartment is a large, spacious, 2,000 sq. foot apartment with a hardwood studio floor, with a multi-use media center. We have hosted HBO, and SHOWTIME shoots, as well as facilitated guest speakers and lecturers, Classes, and Live podcasts. We also have some photography and video lighting, along a complete audio board, mixer, and microphones. The apartment itself is a 3 Bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with a total of 11 windows. It is a 2 1/2 walk-up flight of stairs.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
