Whether your creating content, need a photography studio, planning a birthday or a pop-up event, we have the perfect space for you. Our spacious newly renovated event space is 1,2500 square feet with sophisticated white drapes and elegant chandeliers. It comfortably seats up to 55 guests or accommodates 80 standing. Parking lot that fits 20 car and additional parking on neighboring locations. Our base rental cost includes TVs, WiFi, Tables & Chairs, speakers with microphones, and many more

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The facility will be deep cleaned before and after the event. The client is responsible for basic cleanup at the conclusion of the reservation. The venue shall provide setup and cleanup services, including arranging furniture, decorations, and cleaning the premises before and after the event, subject to additional fees.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
