About Grotto 101 Performance Lab
A South Austin performance studio lab perfect for theater and dance rehearsals, vocal coaching, movement training, band practice, social club meet-ups, private events, and potential small-audience performances upon review. Nonprofit arts organizations are welcome here.
The space is 650 square feet with the rehearsal area at 19' x 22'.
There is one bathroom with sink. The garden area outside can be used for greeting guests or general relaxation and conversation.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
