Having transformed an original office building, we proudly repurposed 65% of the structure, significantly reducing carbon emissions and championing sustainability. Designed with inclusivity in mind, we welcome up to 5,500 students each year, providing vibrant social spaces that inspire collaboration and connection. Our facilities feature modern amenities, including AV equipment available upon request, breakout areas on multiple floors, and catering options to enhance your events. With a minimum booking of just four hours during peak times, planning half-day or full-day meetings is a breeze. We also offer special rates for registered charities and local businesses, ensuring accessibility for all.
