Cleaning process: - The entire penthouse is professionally deep-cleaned before each booking - All surfaces are sanitized, with special attention to high-touch areas - Linens, towels, and textile items are freshly laundered - Kitchen and bathroom areas are thoroughly disinfected - Floors are professionally cleaned and treated appropriately for each surface type - All glassware and serving pieces are sanitized and ready for use - Fresh flowers are provided for each new booking - I personally inspect the space before each guest's arrival to ensure everything meets our high standards! - Professional cleaning service returns after each booking to prepare for the next guests
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
