About the Space

Our photostudio is a great space to shoot using natural light! Or, bring your own strobes and set up - there is plenty of space to create. MAIN SETS: - large area of white wall and white floor next to a LARGE industrial window which offers plenty of light! - Handpainted cool toned dark OLIPHANT backdrop with matching floor sweep (also utilizing natural side light) - backdrop stand for seamless paper roll (bring your own paper) which can be placed anywhere in shooting area (You can choose: side light, front facing light, backlight, etc) - "Living Room" set offers a couch, chairs, a chaise lounge, a coffee table, a rug, a wall unit filled with books and a record player, large mirrors, plants, and more interesting objects to create a loft living vibe great for shooting. ACCESSORIES: - black vlats, white vflats, gray vflats can be used to block out, shape, or bounce light. Vflats can also be used as backdrops or set pieces. - large scrim on wheels to filter the natural window light or strobe light. Easy to move, easy to use or not use. - backdrop stands - apple boxes, stools, stylish chairs, couches (many seating and posing options) - a large dressing room with vanity lights, space to hang clothes and get ready - a functional sink/kitchen area - giant OLIPHANT backdrop (Yes, the kind Annie Liebowitz uses) - a "living room" set up which is great for shooting - speaker system for playing music during shoots

I am a firm believer that wedding days should come with a photographer that takes stress off your plate rather than adding to it, that family and portrait sessions should be fun - not stressful, and that newborn sessions should be beautiful and safe! I promise you that you will only here me say “cheese” during your family’s session if your kids just asked me what my favorite food is. You also won’t see me get frustrated or impatient with your newborn who may not want to immediately settle for me. That’s so normal, and completely okay. If anything, it’s to be expected! Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

The floors are swept and the rugs are vaccumed every morning before a booking arrives. Hard surfaces are wiped down to remove dust and germs. Couches are shampooed once a month for freshness. Hand santizer is avaliable. A sink for washing hands is avaliable.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
