This space is available for rent. It includes a 16 channel mixer, speakers, drum set and microphones. This space is perfect for small comedy shows, music showcases, spoken word, photography and dinner parties. Includes a small DMX controller for lighting and access to two LCD screens as well. There are chairs and tables as well. 1 bathroom is also available.

Space is cleaned nightly with a broom, mop and sanitizer. Every table is wiped down and all of the liquids like soap, toilet paper and sanitizer is refilled after every event.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
